LARGE-FLUX FILTRATION BETTER PRESSURE-BEARING, LARGER FLOW

The large-flux pleated filter element abandons the pp melt-blown filter element used in the traditional filter, and uses a large-flux filter  strengthen the thickened frame after thousands of anti-rupture experiments. Multi-layer filter membrane is laminated with high interception efficiency.The maximum water consumption of the large-flux filter element can reach 50m3/h,which can make the filter smaller and more compact.The replacement of the filter element is easier and faster,and the operating cost is lower.

THICKEN THE SKELETON
Strengthen and thicken 4.2mm, PP inner frame,through thousands of anti-rupture experiments.

NUMBER OF PLEATS DEEP
The number of pleats and pleat depth of each filter element are reasonable, no dead ends are filtered, and the filtering flow is large.

HOT MELTWELDING
Using ultrasonic hot-melt welding technology, no glue, no leakage, no secondary pollution.

MULTI-LAYER PROGRESSIVE FILM
Multi-layer filter membrane is laminated with high interception efficiency, which can achieve 0.1um filtration.

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS OF LARGE FLUX FILTER
1.Use a smaller number of filter elements, reducing labor and operating costs; large flow means using a smaller size filter housing,reducing investment costs and saving floor space;

2.The folding surface design of the filter element makes the pressure drop of the high flow filter element lower than other filter elements and has a longer life;

5.High strength, high temperature resistance, and the filter element is not easy to deform.

FILTER GORE STRUOTURE
The thickened filter element seals the middle plate, which bears high pressure and is resistant to corrosion.The filter equipment of different structures can be customized according to the way of the inner/outer pressure of the filter element.
